Directions:
From Hwy 74 - Take Rocky River Rd South about 6 & 3/4 miles. Cross over Hwy 75 & turn right on South Rocky River Rd. Follow for about 1 & 3/4 miles to Doster Rd, ( Fire department on right). Turn Right on Doster Rd. Travel approximately 1/2 mile,then right turn onto Out of Bounds. House located on the left at cul-de-sac.
From Hwy 16 - Take Hwy 16 South to Hwy 75 (Waxhaw). Turn Left on Hwy 75, travel just over 4 miles, Then turn Right on Potter Road, Immediately turn Left onto Old Waxhaw-Monroe Rd. At fork bear Right onto Doster Rd. Out of Bounds Rd will be 1 & a half miles on the left. House on left at cul-de-sac.
From Old Monroe Rd ( Stallings) - Go Southbound on Potter Rd approximately 6 Miles, to Potter Rd South. Turn Right on Potter Rd South. Cross over Hwy 84 & continue 5 & 1/4 Miles. Cross over Hwy 75 & Take the first Left onto Old-Waxhaw Monroe Rd. At fork, bear Right onto Doster Rd. 3406 Out of Bounds drive will be 1 & a half miles on the Left. House on Left at cul-de sac.
From Monroe- Take Hwy 200 South. Cross over Hwy 84/75 & continue just over 3 miles. Turn Right onto Doster Rd. Travel approximately 2 Miles, & turn right onto Out Of Bounds Dr. house will be on Left at cul-de-sac.
